Rs 1,85,000 is eight running feet at Rs 23,125 a running foot, and a running foot is defined rather than assumed: one foot measured along the wall, with a base run 2 ft deep and 2.5 ft high and a wall run 1 ft deep and 2.5 ft high above it, both in a boiling water proof marine grade board to IS 710, soft close hinges and channels throughout, granite over the base run, a basic accessory allowance, and the fitting. The ninth foot is another Rs 23,125. The word turnkey is where this trade does its damage, because it is used to mean everything and then delivers a defined subset that nobody defined. So the list below is the whole point of this page, and it runs in both directions with a price against each exclusion, not a blank.
