Details
A kitchen is bought from a drawing and lived with for fifteen years. This closes that gap. We build your measured room in 3D, in the finishes and hardware you actually selected, and walk you through it on a large screen at the showroom before a single board is cut. What people change at this stage is telling. The tall unit that blocks the window. The drawer stack that is one drawer too many. The handle profile that looked right on a shutter sample and looks wrong across a full run. Changing any of it here costs nothing. Changing it after production costs a great deal, and after installation it is usually not changed at all, it is lived with. Two things get quietly abused in 3D offers, and both are settled here in writing. The first is the revision count. Three rounds sounds generous until you find that a round was consumed by a colour swap you asked for in passing, so you get one real redraw and two technicalities. Here a round is a proper redraw of whatever you asked to be changed, collected in one go, and a colour swap does not spend one. The second is ownership. A studio produces images, you decline the quotation, and the images turn out to be theirs. Here the still views and the walkthrough video are yours, sent to you, whether or not you order, and you may show them to any other firm in Gaya. The working 3D model file stays ours, and we say that plainly rather than leaving you to discover it: it is built inside our software, it opens nowhere else, and handing it over would be handing over a file you cannot use.

- Scope
- One room, modelled to scale from your measured drawing. A second room is a second booking at the same fee

- 3 rounds included. A round is a proper redraw of everything you asked to change, collected in one go. A colour swap does not consume a round. Further rounds Rs 900 each, quoted and agreed before we start
- Viewing
- Walked through on a large screen at the A.P. Colony showroom, with the designer present to answer as you look
- You keep
- Still views of every wall plus a walkthrough video, sent to you and yours to keep
- Timeline
- First model 4 to 6 working days from selections being final. Each revision round 2 to 3 working days
- Fee adjustment
- The full Rs 3,500 is deducted from your final order value. It stacks with the site visit and design consult fees, and all come off once, against your first confirmed order
What it does not include
- No measurement
- The model needs our site visit report or an accurate drawing. Without one it is a picture of a room that does not exist
- No selections
- Finishes and hardware come from the design consult. We will not pick them for you and then render them as if you had
- No working drawings
- No shop drawings, cutting list, electrical layout or plumbing layout. Those are produced once you confirm the order
- No second room
- One room per booking. A kitchen and a wardrobe elevation are two bookings
- No appliances modelled as ours
- Your hob, chimney, oven and fridge appear in the model at their real sizes so nothing is drawn to the wrong gap. Majestic does not make them, and the model is not an offer to supply them
- Photorealism
- It is an accurate model, not a photograph. Grain direction, exact laminate sheen and how a granite slab's veining lands on your counter cannot be predicted from a sample, and we will not pretend the render settles them
What you supply, who owns it, and if it goes wrong
- You supply
- The measured drawing, the finish and hardware selections, and your appliance list with sizes. Feedback for a round collected together, so a round is not spent on one comment
- Who owns the images
- The still views and the walkthrough video are yours whether or not you order, unwatermarked, and you may take them to any other firm
- The model file
- The working 3D file stays ours. It is built inside our software and opens nowhere else, so handing it over would be handing over a file you cannot use. Said here rather than discovered later
- Your privacy
- We keep a copy for 3 years and do not show your room, your model or your photographs to another customer or use them in marketing without asking you first
- Build matches the view
- Written sign-off on the final view before production. What we build matches it, and any deviation caused by us is corrected at our cost, including removal and refitting
- Not covered
- A change you make after sign-off, which is re-quoted and re-scheduled, and any deviation forced by the room turning out different from the measurement you supplied yourself
