These terms govern your use of the Shuunnya store at shuunnya.com. By using the store, you agree to them. The store is currently a preview and is not yet live for orders.

About the store

The Shuunnya store is a single, curated B2C storefront gathering goods and services from across Shuunnya's houses and affiliated makers. Shuunnya is the seller of record; the brands and makers you see are presented as part of one store, not as separate sellers.

Preview status

While in preview, the catalogue, prices, and content are for demonstration and may change. No online orders or payments are processed yet. Where a "buy online" option appears, it is not active; enquiries are handled over WhatsApp.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to place an order.

Products, curation and pricing

• We aim to describe and show products accurately, but small variations in colour, finish, or detail can occur.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and, once live, are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice.
• Our catalogue is deliberately curated - a tested few per need rather than everything - and items may be added or retired over time.

Enquiries and orders

• Until online checkout is live, you can enquire about or reserve items over WhatsApp; an order is confirmed only when we confirm it with you.
• We may decline or cancel an enquiry or order - for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect misuse - and will let you know if we do.

Payment

Once online payment is live, it will be handled by a third-party payment processor, subject to its terms. We do not store full card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timelines, charges, and a returns/refunds policy will be confirmed at checkout and published before the store goes live for orders. We confirm size, stock, and details before dispatch.

Intellectual property

The store's content, design, logos, and text are owned by Shuunnya or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the store - no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers and liability

The store is provided "as is" during preview. To the extent permitted by law, Shuunnya is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the preview. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store develops; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
