- 6 bar held for 30 minutes with joints exposed, and you watch the gauge.
- 5 years on the joints we made, plus the pipe maker warranty and bill.
- We chase brick. We refuse to chase an RCC slab, beam or column.

Details
A full concealed rough-in for one new bathroom: hot and cold lines to the basin, WC, shower and one health-faucet point, run in chase, plus the waste and soil connections to the existing stack, the floor trap and the shower fall. Pipe, fittings, solvent cement and clamps are in the price for a bathroom up to about 45 square feet with the points within 4 metres of the stack. The two cheats here are both invisible once the tiles go on, which is exactly why they are worth naming. The first is unmarked pipe. We use CPVC to IS 15778, SDR 11, on hot and cold, and UPVC to IS 13592 Type B on soil and waste, and the printed markings stay visible until you have seen them. The second is the pressure test that never happened. Every concealed line here is charged to 6 bar and held for 30 minutes with the joints exposed, and you are shown the gauge before a single tile goes on. A buried line that was never tested is the most expensive mistake available in a bathroom, because finding it later costs the floor. Two things we refuse. We chase brick and we do not chase RCC: cutting a slab, beam or column is a structural matter and no plumber should be deciding it alone. And we will not close a chase you have not seen tested.
- CPVC to IS 15778 SDR 11 on hot and cold, UPVC to IS 13592 Type B on soil and waste, markings left visible
- Charged to 6 bar and held 30 minutes with joints exposed, gauge shown to you, before anything is closed
- Pipe, fittings, solvent cement and clamps included up to about 45 sq ft with points within 4 m of the stack. Beyond that, Rs 220 per extra metre of CPVC and Rs 260 per metre of UPVC
- Two visits, both in the one price: the rough-in, then the fit-out after your tiling
- Not included: sanitaryware and taps, chasing through RCC which we refuse outright, tiling, waterproofing, the soil stack itself, the geyser and its electrical point, and making good beyond filling the chase
- 5 years on the concealed joints we made, plus the pipe maker warranty passed to you with the bill
- What is missing from this page is deliberate: no arrival window, no crew size, no turnaround promise. Those come from a roster that is still being built, and printing them early is how this trade starts lying.
Product information
What is included
- Scope
- One bathroom: hot and cold to basin, WC, shower and one health-faucet point run in chase, plus waste and soil connections to the existing stack, floor trap and shower fall
- Pipe and fittings
- CPVC to IS 15778, SDR 11, on hot and cold. UPVC to IS 13592 Type B on soil and waste. Solvent cement and clamps included. Printed markings left visible until you have seen them
- Materials in the price
- Up to about 45 sq ft with points within 4 metres of the stack. Beyond that, Rs 220 per additional running metre of CPVC and Rs 260 per metre of UPVC
- Pressure test
- Charged to 6 bar and held for 30 minutes with the joints exposed, gauge shown to you, before anything is closed
- Two visits
- The rough-in, then the fit-out after your tiling is done. Both are in the one price
- Time
- 2 to 3 working days for the rough-in, plus the return visit for the fit-out
What is not included
- Sanitaryware
- WC, basin, shower, taps, mixers and the health faucet are yours to choose and buy. We fit what you buy
- RCC chasing
- We chase brick. Cutting into an RCC slab, beam or column is refused outright, because it is a structural decision and not a plumber decision
- Tiling and waterproofing
- Both separate trades and separate quotes. Waterproofing under the tile is on its own page
- The stack
- Replacing or re-routing the building soil stack is a separate quoted job
- Geyser
- Mounting the geyser and running its electrical point are on the electrical rate
- Making good
- Chases are filled. Plastering, putty and paint over them are not in this price
Who comes, and what happens if it goes wrong
- Vetting
- Police verification through the local station for anyone entering a home, references from previous work actually contacted, and a trade test plus supervised jobs before the person carries a booking alone. A licence, where the trade has one, is checked against the issuing register and not against a photocopy.
- Qualification
- India has no statutory licence for plumbing work inside a home, so anyone may call himself a plumber. We are not going to invent a certificate to fill that gap. What exists is the trade licence, the police verification and our own trade test, and those are what this page offers.
- Employed or engaged
- At launch the tradesperson may be engaged through our partner network rather than salaried. We say that plainly because the common cheat is a platform that advertises its own crew and dispatches whoever is free. The verification, the method, the checklist and the bill for a redo are ours either way.
- Named before arrival
- You are told the name of the person assigned and which trade licence they carry when the job is assigned, which may be shortly before the visit rather than days ahead.
- Service area
- Gaya town and up to 10 km beyond the municipal limit. A booking outside that area is refused at checkout rather than accepted and then missed.
- Rework window
- 5 years on the concealed joints we made. The pipe carries its own maker warranty and we hand you the bill, so the two covers are separate and both are yours
- Who stands behind it
- The 5 years is an undertaking from Shuunnya LifeStore and not from the individual who did the work, so it does not depend on that person still being on the roster
- Not covered
- A joint made by someone else, damage from a nail or a drill driven through a line after we left, and a fitting you supplied that fails on its own
- Damage
- Damage caused by our tool or our hand is repaired at our cost, including the tile and plaster needed to reach it
