The Shuunnya promise

A registered dietitian who sells nothing and bans nothing, at two hundred rupees under the home visit, with the page saying plainly what those two hundred rupees would have bought.

  • No powders, no supplements, no commission on anything, ever
  • No detox, no cleanse, and no food removed from the house entirely
  • No promise of kilos lost by a date, at any point in the consultation
  • Rs 201 less than at home: fifteen minutes and a look at your kitchen

Details

Sixty minutes with a registered dietitian in the A.P. Colony room, door closed. Rs 999 here against Rs 1,200 at home, and the Rs 201 is fifteen minutes and your kitchen. The home visit is seventy-five minutes and part of it is spent looking at your shelves, your fridge, your oil tin and what the children actually eat. That is genuinely useful information and it is what the difference buys. If your household cooking is straightforward, or you cook for yourself, this room is the better value of the two and we would rather say so than sell you the longer one. Nothing is sold. No protein powder, no meal replacement, no fat burner, no multivitamin, no herbal mix, no branded plan. She earns no commission on anything in the Shuunnya store. If a supplement is genuinely indicated she names the compound and the dose and tells you to buy it wherever it is cheapest, including not from us. The consultation that ends in a Rs 4,000 supplement box is the cheat this whole page exists to refuse. No detox, and no forbidden foods. Your liver and kidneys do the detoxing. And a plan that bans rice from a Bihari kitchen lasts nine days. The work is portion, timing, pairing and cooking method inside the food your household already cooks. No promise of kilos. No target weight by a date, no guaranteed inches, no before-and-after. She will tell you what a realistic rate of change looks like and what it depends on, which is the same conversation without the lie in it. The A.P. Colony room is being stood up and the timetable is not running yet. We are stating the room and the cap we have, not a facility that is already busy.

  • 60 minutes: history and a 24-hour recall 30, the plan built with you at the table 25, questions 5
  • Bring your reports, your medication list, and a photograph of your kitchen shelves if you want the nearest thing to the home visit
  • You leave with a written plan in your own foods, portions in katoris and rotis rather than grams, and a shopping list
  • Follow-up is Rs 999 again. No package, no discounted block, and she will tell you if you do not need one

Product information

What is included, and what the home visit adds for Rs 201
Total
60 minutes in a closed room. Fifteen minutes shorter than the home consultation and otherwise the same work.
What the extra Rs 201 buys at home
Fifteen more minutes, and the kitchen: shelves, fridge, the oil tin and how fast it empties, the snack shelf, what the children eat. A photograph of your shelves brought here gets you most of it. If you cook simply or cook for yourself, this room is the better value and we will say so before you book the other one.
0 to 30 min
History and a 24-hour recall. Everything you ate yesterday, in order, with quantities, including the tea, the sugar in it and the two biscuits. Then the week: who cooks, shift work, travel, eating out, fasting days, and what your reports say.
30 to 55 min
The plan, built with you at the table rather than handed over. Portions in katoris, rotis and glasses, not grams. Cooking method, oil quantity, meal timing, what to pair with what, and what to do on the days the plan will not survive.
55 to 60 min
Questions, and the one change to start with this week. One, not eleven.
What you keep
A written plan in your own foods, portion sizes, a shopping list, and a note to your doctor where one is needed.
Follow-up
Rs 999, the same price, usually useful at four to six weeks. No package, no block of three, and she will tell you if you do not need another.
What the struck price is
Rs 1199 is the standing rate. Rs 999 is the opening rate while the A.P. Colony room fills up. Teaching four people in a room built for twelve costs the same as teaching twelve, and the opening rate is us carrying that rather than the first few people carrying it.
What is not sold, not claimed, and not done
Nothing is sold
No protein powder, no meal replacement, no fat burner, no multivitamin, no herbal mix, no branded diet plan, and no commission on anything in the Shuunnya store. A named compound and a dose, bought wherever is cheapest, is the whole of what a supplement recommendation looks like here.
No detox, no cleanse
No juice fasts, no detox teas, no cleanse protocols. The organs that do this are already installed.
No forbidden foods
Rice stays. So does ghee, and so do sweets at a festival. Quantity, timing, pairing and cooking method are the levers, because a plan abandoned in week two changes nothing at all.
No promise of kilos
No number and no date. What a realistic rate of change is, and what it depends on, is the honest version of that conversation.
She is not a doctor
No diagnosis, no prescription, no ordering of tests, no adjusting insulin or thyroid medication. She works from the reports you have and writes to your doctor where the plan and the medicine need to agree.
Where a doctor leads
Uncontrolled diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder, pregnancy with complications, or a child not gaining weight. She will still see you and she will say plainly that the doctor leads and she follows.
Who you see, and if something goes wrong
Who a dietitian here has to be
The Registered Dietitian credential awarded by the Indian Dietetic Association, verified with the association and not accepted as a photocopy, on top of a postgraduate qualification in food and nutrition or dietetics. Nutritionist is not a protected word in India and anybody may use it, so the RD is the bar and we name it rather than saying wellness expert.
Private, and the room is closed
Your appointment is the only thing in the room. The door is closed, the timetable has nothing else running, and nobody walks through. A family member is welcome and never questioned. Ask for a woman at booking and you get one, or you are told before the slot is confirmed.
Privacy
What your reports say does not leave the room. Notes are written for you and are not used for anything else.
The premises
Ground floor room in A.P. Colony, Gaya, on a municipal trade licence, registered under the Bihar Shops and Establishments Act.
If the consultation was poor
Tell us within seven days. No written plan, or a visit that ran under fifty minutes, and it is redone free by a different dietitian and the first fee refunded.
If the plan is not working
Say so at four weeks, not at four months. A plan that is not being followed was built wrong; rebuilding it is what the follow-up is for.
The honest gap
The A.P. Colony room is being stood up and the timetable is not running yet. We are stating the room and the cap we have, not a facility that is already busy.
