One therapist and one patient for the whole session, progress measured against your own first visit numbers, and an honest word in session one when this is not the right treatment.

  • You are never left alone with a machine running on you
  • Progress measured against your own first visit goniometer reading
  • Home exercises demonstrated until you can do them unaided
  • Reviewed after 4 sessions. No open ended course of treatment

Details

Forty five scheduled minutes with one physiotherapist and one patient. On the first visit it runs sixty minutes because the assessment is part of it, and the sixty minutes costs the same as the forty five. Physiotherapy is a clinical intervention. It is not a massage, it is not a spa treatment, and it is not a machine left humming on a body part while the therapist is in another room. That last one is the actual cheat, and it is worth being precise about: machine time is the cheapest thing a clinic can give you and the easiest thing to bill, so a session drifts into fifteen minutes of ultrasound and short wave with nobody present. If you are paying a one to one price, the one to one is the thing you are buying. Machine time here is used where it genuinely adds something and is never the body of a session. Progress is measured, not felt. Range of movement is taken with a goniometer and pain is recorded on a 0 to 10 numerical rating scale at the first visit, and every later reading is compared against that first one. A course that cannot show you a number moving is a course that cannot show you anything. And most of the recovery happens between sessions rather than during them, which is why you leave with two or three exercises, written down and demonstrated until you can do them unaided, rather than named at the door. A course of purely passive treatment with no home programme is the commonest way physiotherapy money is wasted. Where physiotherapy is not the right answer for a problem, you are told so plainly, in the first session, and not sold ten of them. Vitals Clinic at A.P. Colony is not open. There is no practitioner in post, no premises registration and no appointment book, and this page does not pretend otherwise. What is written here is the specification: the qualification the role requires, the register the person must appear on, and the licence the premises must hold. Booking opens when those exist, and not before.

  • 45 scheduled minutes, one therapist to one patient. No shared floor and no rotating between three people
  • First visit runs 60 minutes and includes the full assessment, at the same Rs. 500
  • Range of movement measured with a goniometer, pain recorded 0 to 10, both at the first visit as the baseline
  • Manual therapy and guided exercise. Machine time only where it adds something, never as the body of the session
  • Two or three home exercises written down and demonstrated until you can do them unaided
  • Reviewed against your own baseline after 4 sessions. No open ended course
  • Told plainly, in the first session, if physiotherapy is not the right answer for your problem

Product information

What is included, and what is not
Time
45 scheduled minutes, one therapist to one patient. The first visit runs 60 minutes and is charged the same Rs. 500
If it runs over
It runs over at no charge. If a problem consistently needs longer than 45 minutes, you are told that rather than short changed each week
Assessment
On the first visit: history, examination, range of movement measured with a goniometer, and pain scored 0 to 10. These are the baseline every later session is compared against
Treatment
Manual therapy and guided exercise, with electrotherapy only where it genuinely adds something
Machine time
Never the body of a session and never unattended. If a session ever becomes you lying under a machine while nobody is in the room, you are not getting what this price describes
Home programme
Two or three exercises, written and demonstrated until you can do them without prompting. Most of the recovery happens between sessions
Review
Formally after 4 sessions, against your own first visit numbers. If the numbers have not moved, you are told so and the plan changes or stops
NOT included
Braces, supports and tapes, advised where needed and bought separately. Imaging. A doctor consultation, separately listed at Rs. 400
Extra units
A course of ten is separately listed at Rs. 4,200, which is Rs. 420 a session. Four single sessions cost Rs. 2,000, so if you need four, buy four
Not a massage
This is a clinical intervention with measured outcomes. If a massage is what you want, this is not it, and we would rather say so than take the booking
Referral and commission
No commission on a referral, no target on any panel, and no revenue share with any laboratory, imaging centre or hospital. A test is asked for when the answer would change what you are told to do, and not otherwise
Who provides it, and what registration that requires
The qualification the role requires
BPT, a four and a half year degree including internship, or MPT. Not a certificate course and not an assistant working unsupervised
Registration, stated honestly
Physiotherapy registration in India varies by state. The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act 2021 provides for State Allied and Healthcare Councils, and many states have not constituted theirs, so in much of the country there is NO statutory physiotherapy register to check a person against. Where a council exists, registration on it is required. Where it does not, the check falls back to the BPT or MPT degree and the university record, and we say that rather than name a
How that is verified
Where a state council exists, against its register. Where it does not, against the university record itself rather than a photocopy of a degree
Who is in post today
Nobody. No physiotherapist has been appointed and no treatment couch or equipment has been bought
The premises licence
Registration under the Clinical Establishments Act 2010. Not yet granted
When this can be delivered
When a registered practitioner is appointed and the premises registration under the Clinical Establishments Act 2010 is granted. Not before. Nothing on this page describes a service running today
Subcontracting
Not subcontracted. The specification is that the person who attends is on the Shuunnya roll, police verified, with the registration checked against the issuing register rather than a photocopy, and references contacted
If something goes wrong
If the numbers do not move
After 4 sessions you are told plainly. Continuing to sell sessions against a flat measurement is the abuse the 4 session review exists to prevent, and it is the reason the baseline is a number rather than an impression
If it is not the right treatment
You are told in the first session and charged for that one session only. A referral onward earns us nothing
If a session is not one to one
A session that was not delivered one to one is refunded on request. That is the whole of what this price buys
If symptoms worsen
Some soreness for a day after a first session is common. Pain that is worse three days later means the plan was wrong, and the reassessment is free
What is not covered
An outcome, a timeline, or a promise to avoid surgery. Physiotherapy helps manage pain and restore movement, and it is not a substitute for a surgical opinion where one is genuinely needed
