The same forty five minute one to one session, brought to your home, for people who genuinely cannot travel yet: the weeks after a hip or knee replacement, after a stroke, while a fracture is still healing, or for an elderly patient for whom the journey is the hardest part of the day. The arithmetic, plainly, because nobody prints it. This costs Rs. 800 against Rs. 500 in the clinic. That is Rs. 300 more for the same forty five minutes, and it buys you LESS equipment, because what arrives is what one person can carry. It is worth paying while travel is genuinely unsafe or impossible, and it stops being worth paying the moment it is not. You will be told when that moment arrives, and the recommendation to switch costs us Rs. 300 a session every time it is made. The room is part of the treatment. Bed height, bathroom, doorway widths, floor surfaces and where the light switches are all decide whether the exercise you did this morning survives the afternoon. The therapist looks at all of it and says what to change, which is usually free and usually more useful than the session. One family member is taught how to help with transfers safely. Most of the injuries around a recovering patient happen to the person lifting them, and an attendant guessing is how a wife ends up with a back injury of her own. No arrival time is promised. You are told the day and a broad part of the day and nothing narrower, because no visit has ever run from here and a promise with no history behind it is a guess wearing a suit. Vitals Clinic at A.P. Colony is not open. There is no practitioner in post, no premises registration and no appointment book, and this page does not pretend otherwise. What is written here is the specification: the qualification the role requires, the register the person must appear on, and the licence the premises must hold. Booking opens when those exist, and not before.
- 45 minutes at your bedside, one therapist to one patient. First visit 60 minutes including assessment and the home check
- Travel within 8 km of A.P. Colony, Gaya included in the price. Beyond that Rs. 20 a kilometre each way, quoted before you confirm
- Bed height, bathroom, doorways and floor safety assessed and advised on as part of the session
- One attendant taught safe transfer and support technique, so nobody is guessing
- Told when clinic sessions at Rs. 500 become the better option, even though it costs us the difference
- A female therapist where requested, said at booking rather than discovered at the door
- No arrival time is promised. A day and a broad part of the day, and that is the honest limit
Product information
What is included, and what is not
- Time
- 45 minutes of treatment at your bedside. The first visit runs 60 minutes and includes the assessment and the home check, at the same Rs. 800
- Travel
- Within 8 km of A.P. Colony, Gaya, included in this price. Beyond 8 km, Rs. 20 a kilometre each way, quoted and agreed before you confirm, never added afterwards
- The price difference, stated
- Rs. 800 here against Rs. 500 in the clinic. Rs. 300 more for the same 45 minutes, with less equipment, because what arrives is what one person can carry
- The home check
- Bed height, bathroom, doorway widths, floor surfaces and lighting, assessed and advised on. Usually the most useful part and it costs nothing extra
- Family training
- One attendant taught safe transfer and support technique. Most injuries around a recovering patient happen to the person doing the lifting
- What the therapist brings
- A portable plinth or mat, exercise bands, a goniometer, a gait belt, and a portable electrotherapy unit where it is indicated. Not a clinic gym
- What you need at home
- A firm bed or a mat and about 2 metres of clear floor. Told at booking, not discovered on arrival
- NO arrival time
- No arrival time is promised. You are told the day and a broad part of the day and nothing narrower, because no visit has ever run from here and a promise with no history behind it is a guess wearing a suit.
- Female therapist
- Available on request and said at the time of booking, so it is settled before anybody sets out
- NOT included
- Braces and supports, imaging, and any doctor consultation. Nursing tasks, which are the separate home nursing visit
- Referral and commission
- No commission on a referral, no target on any panel, and no revenue share with any laboratory, imaging centre or hospital. A test is asked for when the answer would change what you are told to do, and not otherwise
Who comes, what registration that requires, and how they are checked
- The qualification the role requires
- BPT or MPT. Not a certificate course, not an assistant, and not somebody sent because they were free
- Registration, stated honestly
- Physiotherapy registration in India varies by state. The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act 2021 provides for State Allied and Healthcare Councils, and many states have not constituted theirs, so in much of the country there is NO statutory physiotherapy register to check a person against. Where a council exists, registration on it is required. Where it does not, the check falls back to the BPT or MPT degree and the university record, and we say that rather than name a
- Verification
- Police verification for anyone entering a home, the degree checked against the university record rather than a photocopy, and references contacted
- Named before the visit
- You are told the name and the registration number of the person attending before the visit, not on the doorstep
- Subcontracting
- Not subcontracted. The specification is that the person who attends is on the Shuunnya roll, police verified, with the registration checked against the issuing register rather than a photocopy, and references contacted
- Who is in post today
- Nobody. No therapist has been appointed, and no home visit has ever been made from here
- When this can be delivered
- When a registered practitioner is appointed and the premises registration under the Clinical Establishments Act 2010 is granted. Not before. Nothing on this page describes a service running today
If something goes wrong
- If nobody arrives
- The rescheduled visit is free. Since no arrival time is promised, the commitment being measured is the day, and missing the day is a miss
- If the numbers do not move
- Reviewed formally after 4 sessions against your own first visit measurements, and stopped or changed if they have not moved
- When to switch back
- You are told the moment clinic sessions become the better option. It costs us Rs. 300 a session to say it, which is exactly why it is written down here rather than left to the day
- Damage in your home
- Anything our equipment or our person damages is ours to put right. Tell us within 48 hours
- What is not covered
- A recovery timeline, an outcome, or a promise that home treatment matches a fully equipped clinic. It does not, and that is why this listing tells you when to stop buying it
