A consultation of twenty scheduled minutes. The number is the point of this listing. The defining cheat of Indian private consultation is not the fee, it is the clock. A consultation is advertised at a price and never at a duration, and what arrives is a ninety second history, a glance, and a slip with four medicines on it. Nothing was lied about. Nothing was stated either. So the duration is stated here, and it is twenty minutes of one practitioner's attention, not twenty minutes of waiting followed by four minutes of talking. If it runs over because the problem needs it, it runs over, and there is no second fee. Slots are spaced so an overrun is absorbed rather than passed down the queue. If it finishes in twelve minutes because twelve is genuinely enough, you are not kept back to fill the slot. Nobody here is paid for ordering a test or for sending you anywhere. No commission on a referral, no target on a panel, no revenue share with any laboratory, imaging centre or hospital. That matters more than an accreditation, because an accreditation says the machine was right and says nothing about why the test was asked for. Vitals Clinic at A.P. Colony is not open. There is no practitioner in post, no premises registration and no appointment book, and this page does not pretend otherwise. - One follow-up consultation within 10 days on the same matter, inside this fee. It is not a discount, it is a refusal to bill the same problem twice
- NOT included, tests
- Blood tests, ECG and any imaging are charged separately at the listed price. The price is told to you before the test is ordered, never after it is done
- NOT included, medicines
- Nothing is dispensed here. No drug licence is held, so there is no in-house pharmacy, nothing to sell you and nothing to mark up. Buy from any pharmacy

- Injection, dressing and minor procedures are separately listed and separately charged

If something goes wrong
- The same matter, twice
- A follow-up within 10 days on the same problem carries no second fee. If a plan needs revisiting because of something we got wrong, the revisit is free whenever it happens
- If the slot is not honoured
- A consultation that does not run for its stated twenty minutes because of us is refunded in full, on request, without an argument
- What is not covered
- An outcome. No consultation anywhere can promise one, and this listing does not. What is promised is time, attention, a written plan and a reason for every line of it
- Records and complaints
- Your record is yours, copy on request. A complaint about clinical conduct also has a statutory route, to the State Medical Council on whose register the practitioner sits, and we will give you the registration number you need to use it
