The Shuunnya promise

A short review that is free when it falls inside the follow-up window you already paid for, and priced honestly when it does not.

  • Free inside 10 days of a paid first consult. You are not billed twice
  • The earlier note is read before you sit down, not after
  • A medicine that is not helping is stopped, not stacked
  • A new complaint is booked properly, not squeezed into ten minutes

Details

A ten minute review of a matter this clinic has already seen. It exists so that the second half of a problem is not sold as a second problem. Read the price rule before you book, because it is the only thing on this page that will save you money. If you are within 10 days of a paid first consultation on the same matter, the review is already inside that fee and you should NOT be charged this Rs. 150 at all. This price applies after that window has closed, or where you are raising a genuinely different matter. A review is short on purpose. Ten minutes is enough to read a report, decide whether a medicine is working, and change or stop it. It is not enough for a new complaint, and a new complaint will be told so and booked as a full consultation rather than squeezed in and half done. The specification requires the practitioner to read the earlier written note before you sit down, so you do not tell the story twice. Where the same practitioner is not available, the note is what carries the history across, which is the whole reason a note is written. Vitals Clinic at A.P. Colony is not open. There is no practitioner in post, no premises registration and no appointment book, and this page does not pretend otherwise. What is written here is the specification: the qualification the role requires, the register the person must appear on, and the licence the premises must hold. Booking opens when those exist, and not before.

  • Ten scheduled minutes, and no second fee if it runs over
  • Free inside 10 days of a paid first consult on the same matter. Say so at the counter if it is not applied
  • The earlier note, reports and prescription are read before the visit begins
  • A medicine that is not helping is stopped, not stacked on top of another one
  • No repeat test unless the result would change what you are asked to do
  • The role requires MBBS with current State Medical Council registration

Product information

What is included, and what is not
Consultation time
10 scheduled minutes
If it runs over
It runs over at no extra charge. If it needs materially longer, you are told that a full consultation is the honest booking, and this fee is set off against it
When this is FREE
Within 10 days of a paid first consultation on the same matter. That review sits inside the first fee. If you are charged this price inside that window, it is our error, say so
When this price applies
After the 10 day window has closed, or for a second and unrelated matter raised at the same visit
Included
The earlier note and reports read beforehand, a decision on each running medicine, and an updated printed slip whenever anything changes
NOT included
Tests, medicines and procedures, each separately listed. A new and unrelated complaint, which needs the full 20 minute consultation and is charged as one
Best booked
Two to six weeks after a first consultation, where a treatment needs that long to show whether it is working
Referral and commission
No commission on a referral, no target on any panel, and no revenue share with any laboratory, imaging centre or hospital. A test is asked for when the answer would change what you are told to do, and not otherwise
Who provides it, and what registration that requires
The qualification the role requires
MBBS with current State Medical Council registration under the National Medical Commission Act 2019
How that is verified
Against the National Medical Register entry, not a photocopy
Same practitioner
The specification is that a review is seen by whoever saw you first. Where that is not possible the written note carries the history, which is what the note is for. We will not print a promise about a roster that does not exist
Who is in post today
Nobody. No doctor has been appointed and there is no patient record here to review yet
When this can be delivered
When a registered practitioner is appointed and the premises registration under the Clinical Establishments Act 2010 is granted. Not before. Nothing on this page describes a service running today
If something goes wrong
Billed inside the window
Refunded in full. Bring the first consultation receipt, that is all it takes
If the plan was wrong
A revisit needed because of an error of ours is free, whenever it happens, inside the window or outside it
What is not covered
A cure, an outcome, or a guarantee that a medicine will work. What is covered is that a medicine which is not working gets stopped rather than joined by a second one
Complaints
To us first. There is also a statutory route to the State Medical Council on whose register the practitioner sits, and we will hand you the registration number you need for it
