The point of handing over software is that you can run it without us. This session makes that real. Ninety minutes, your actual system, your actual staff, doing the tasks they will do every day. Training is usually where a handover quietly fails, because it is a slide deck watched once and forgotten, and the client is calling the agency again a fortnight later. There are no slides here. Each person performs the task themselves while we watch and correct them then and there: adding a product, editing a price, processing an order, pulling a report, resetting a password, checking why a form did not arrive. Rs 4,500 is fixed per session for up to six people, priced per session and not per person, so bringing more staff costs nothing extra. Three sessions are Rs 13,500 and five are Rs 22,500, which is the same fixed rate each and not a bundle discount dressed up as one.

• A seventh attendee is Rs 400 a head, quoted before the session, because a bigger room means less hands on time for everybody in it
