Before anything gets built, we work out what actually needs building. Forty five minutes on a call, screen shared, your problem in your own words. We ask what the software must do, who will use it, and what it must not do. It is genuinely free, with no obligation and nothing to cancel, and the honest way to show that is to say what free costs us. Rs 2,250 is forty five minutes at the Rs 3,000 an hour our training sessions are actually priced at, so you can see the number rather than take the word. What you leave with is yours whatever you decide next: a written scope note within two working days, stating a fixed price where the work is well defined or a clear starting price where it is not, and a delivery date counted in working days. Take it to another developer if you like. If the honest answer is that you do not need custom work, we say so and point you at the cheaper thing that already exists.
