Glass and Mirror Cleaner

A fast-drying, neutral-pH glass cleaner tested to IS 8540:2025, the Bureau of Indian Standards specification for liquid glass cleaners. Engineered specifically for mirrors, window panes, spectacle lenses, tinted films, and digital displays. Spray onto a lint-free cloth for mirrors and screens, or directly onto glass windows, then wipe clean with a dry microfibre. The counter-intuitive fact about glass cleaning is that higher surfactant concentration causes streaks. A streak on glass is almost never missed dirt; it is surfactant residue left behind as the water evaporates. Conventional cleaners that foam richly leave stubborn surfactant films that require repeated buffing. We formulate at exactly 0.40% total surfactant: the precise minimum required to lift oily fingerprint lipids without leaving residue behind.

• The Residue Principle: Total surfactant is kept at 0.40% on purpose, combining 0.30% Coco-Glucoside and 0.10% Lauryl Glucoside. Both are 100% plant-derived alkyl polyglucosides with zero ethoxylation and zero 1,4-dioxane.
• Volatile Flash-Off Carrier: 12.00% plant-derived ethanol (from agricultural biomass) flashes off within seconds of wiping, lifting dissolved lipids off the surface before evaporation rings or tide marks can form. 100% free of petrochemical isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
• Surface & Coating Safety: Balanced at measured neutral pH 7.20. Free of corrosive ammonia, making it safe for delicate oleophobic coatings, anti-reflective spectacle lenses, automotive window tint film, and laptop displays. Always spray the cloth, never the device directly.
• Hard-Water Sequestration: Fortified with 0.20% food-grade Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate to chelate calcium and magnesium ions in hard water, preventing white haze and mineral spotting on drying glass.
• Triple-Action Preservation: Preserved at neutral pH with 0.60% Phenoxyethanol, 0.10% Ethylhexylglycerin, and 0.10% Sodium Phytate. Strictly zero isothiazolinones (no MIT, CMIT, or BIT) and zero formaldehyde donors.
• Zero Cosmetic Cheats: Completely free of artificial blue dyes (the industry shelf signal for glass cleaner), synthetic fragrances, masking agents, and chlorine bleach. Nothing from the EU list of 26 declarable fragrance allergens.
• What It Will Not Do: At 0.40% surfactant, this is not designed to remove heavy, baked-on kitchen grease near an exhaust or stove. Use Spring Kitchen Degreaser first, rinse thoroughly, and finish with this cleaner.
• Yield & Economics: Yields 200 applications from the 500 ml trigger bottle (about 2.5 ml per pane at ₹0.90 per use), and 400 applications from the 1 L refill pouch (at ₹0.70 per use). The refill pouch fills the trigger bottle twice, cutting plastic packaging by ~50%.
