A business quoting lakhs of rupees of work from a free mail address loses deals it never hears about. This registers your domain and sets up email on it, so every message you send comes from your own name. Two things get hidden in this small job and both are printed here. The first is who legally owns the domain: registered in your name with you as the legal owner, transferable away without asking us, and we appear as technical contact only if you want us there. An agency that registers a client's domain in its own name has taken the business hostage, and it is common. The second is what recurs. Rs 3,500 is a one time setup fee. The domain itself is Rs 700 to Rs 1,500 a year paid by you directly to the registrar, and mailbox hosting is commonly Rs 700 to Rs 1,900 per mailbox per year paid by you to whichever provider you choose. We take no cut of either.

• Delivery tested to Gmail and Outlook before we call it done
• Set up walked through on your phone and laptop on a 30 minute call
• Recurring and paid by you, not us: domain Rs 700 to Rs 1,500 a year, mailboxes commonly Rs 700 to Rs 1,900 each a year
• Passwords handed to you and changed by you on the handover call
• One free renewal reminder a year for as long as you own the domain, whether or not you still work with us
