Software rots quietly. Certificates expire, libraries pick up security holes, a form stops delivering and nobody notices for three weeks. This is the ordinary upkeep that stops that happening, for one site or one tool, for twelve months. The struck through Rs 24,000 is not a decoration invented to make Rs 18,000 look generous. It is the same cover billed quarterly at Rs 6,000 a quarter, which is what four separate payments actually cost, so paying annually is genuinely cheaper rather than a discount printed on a higher number. Both options are on the selector and you may take either. What the plan covers is listed exactly, and so is what it does not: this is maintenance, not development, and a new feature is quoted at Rs 1,500 an hour, which is the same rate the twelve included hours work out at. The plan is optional and cancellable, and nothing about your site stops working if you leave it, because nothing essential is rented from us.

• Rs 18,000 a year paid once, or Rs 24,000 a year billed at Rs 6,000 a quarter. Both real, both offered
• Security patches and dependency updates, applied and tested
• Daily backups retained 30 days, with a restore tested twice a year
• Uptime check every 5 minutes, with the alert reaching us before it reaches you
• 12 hours a year of content edits and small changes, which is Rs 1,500 an hour
• Acknowledged within 1 working day, and within 4 working hours if the site is down. That is an acknowledgement window, not a fix time, and we do not publish a fix time because we cannot hold one
• Unused hours carry one quarter and then lapse, stated here rather than discovered later
• Cancel any time with unused months refunded pro rata, and the site keeps running exactly as before
